EDC STAFF

Callen Douglas- Owner, Director of Dance Instruction and Artistry

Callen Douglas is an accomplished dance instructor, director, and owner of Evolution Dance Company with a lifelong passion for dance education and performance. She began dancing at the age of three and joined a competitive dance team by age six, earning numerous awards and collegiate scholarships throughout her training and competitive career. Her primary dance education came from her 10 years as a team member and officer on Star Steppers Dance.

Callen furthered her education at Joffrey Ballet School in New York, where she trained under nationally recognized instructors and expanded her foundation in technical and performance excellence. At just 16 years old, she discovered her passion for teaching and began inspiring the next generation of dancers through instruction and mentorship.

She later performed in New York with her collegiate dance team while earning her degree in dance, continuing to develop both her artistic and leadership skills. In 2020, Mrs. Callen launched the competitive dance program at EDC, where she has successfully guided young athletes in building confidence, discipline, and technical ability in a positive and empowering environment.
