Callen Douglas is an accomplished dance instructor, director, and owner of Evolution Dance Company with a lifelong passion for dance education and performance. She began dancing at the age of three and joined a competitive dance team by age six, earning numerous awards and collegiate scholarships throughout her training and competitive career.
Callen furthered her education at Joffrey Ballet School in New York, where she trained under nationally recognized instructors and expanded her foundation in technical and performance excellence. At just 16 years old, she discovered her passion for teaching and began inspiring the next generation of dancers through instruction and mentorship.
She later performed in New York with her collegiate dance team while earning her degree in dance, continuing to develop both her artistic and leadership skills. In 2020, Mrs. Callen launched the competitive dance program at EDC, where she has successfully guided young athletes in building confidence, discipline, and technical ability in a positive and empowering environment.

Chamberlyn Ogden has been passionate about dance since the age of three and began competing at the age of seven, developing a strong foundation in both technical training and performance. Her years of competitive dance experience helped shape her dedication, artistry, and leadership within the dance community.
During high school, Chamberlyn was a proud member of the Clear Lake Flairs, where she demonstrated exceptional leadership and commitment to her team. She served as Junior Lieutenant during her junior year and was honored to be selected as Captain her senior year, guiding and mentoring her teammates while representing her program with professionalism and school spirit.
Chamberlyn earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Texas Woman’s University, where she further expanded her knowledge of movement, physical wellness, and the science behind athletic performance. While attending college, she continued to pursue her passion for dance by choreographing routines and teaching classes at a local dance studio, inspiring young dancers and sharing her love for the art form.
She is currently attending UTMB, where she is pursuing a degree in Occupational Therapy. Chamberlyn is excited to continue teaching and choreographing while combining her educational background and passion for helping others. She strives to create a positive and encouraging environment where dancers can grow in confidence, technique, and performance quality while developing a lifelong love for dance.

With over two decades of coaching experience, Casey Simmons is a highly accomplished instructor known for developing strong, confident, and technically skilled athletes. As a former competitive gymnast and All-Star cheerleader, she brings a deep understanding of body mechanics, strength training, and performance quality to every class.
Casey has extensive experience coaching and choreographing floor and beam routines for multiple Level 10 Texas State and National Champions. Her athletes have gone on to earn full Division I scholarships at top collegiate programs, including the University of Arkansas and the University of Georgia
Her teaching style blends strong technical fundamentals with creativity and encouragement, helping dancers safely progress their acro skills while building confidence and performance quality. She is passionate about creating a positive, motivating environment where every student can grow and succeed.

Ms. Maddie has been passionate about dance since the age of 12, dedicating years to developing both her technical skills and love for performance. While she thoroughly enjoyed her studio training, she also discovered a strong passion for drill team and team performance. Throughout all four years of high school, she proudly served as a member of the Deer Park Deer Escorts and was also selected as a four-year member of their prestigious Elite Team, “Dreamscape,” where she further strengthened her performance experience, teamwork, and leadership skills.
Ms. Maddie is currently attending San Jacinto College, where she is pursuing her goal of becoming an early childhood educator. Alongside her studies, she works at an elementary school in her hometown, gaining valuable experience working with children and fostering a positive learning environment. She is equally passionate about teaching dance and finds great joy in helping students grow not only in their technique and performance abilities, but also in their confidence, discipline, and love for dance. Ms. Maddie strives to create an encouraging and uplifting classroom atmosphere where every dancer feels supported and inspired to reach their full potential.
